Yes, you can delete your Commerce Cart at any time if you are not completely satisfied. Just log in to manage your Commerce Cart, go to the Registration section, click on the Cart Name step, and you will be given the option to delete your Commerce Cart. Once you delete, you will no longer be charged a monthly fee. If you pay for a full year up front, we will refund your payment according to how long your Commerce Cart remained open.

Are there any extra costs such as set-up fees or transaction fees with iCat Commerce Cart?

If you want to be able to accept credit card payments, you need to establish a merchant account.
